Como homem uso antes do barbear e o efeito é óptimo inclusive a facilitar o barbear. 1 pequena quantidade é suficiente pelo que o produto rende bastante. No entanto como tenho pele frágil/reactiva só muito raramente uso 2 vezes na semana. 1 vez já dá para um bom efeito. Depois do barbear NUNCA uso after-shave, nem nada com alcool, só hidratante ou hidratante/calmante.
