- Eleuthesorides (sitosterol and isofraxidine)
- Phytoestrogens
- Polysaccharides with immunostimulating action.
Secondly, MENTHOL or mint camphor: crystalline stearoptene from the essence of peppermint. It has great analgesic, antipruritic and antiseptic power locally. It is responsible for the cold effect.
Thirdly, CAMPHOR: stearoptene from Cinnamomun or Laurus Camphora wood, a powerful local stimulant with general vasomotor, antispasmodic and diaphoretic action. It is responsible for the heat effect.
