Instead of absorbing blood like tampons and pads, the menstrual cup collects it. This means you can use it over and over again. That's good news for your wallet, bathroom trash cans, and the planet!
Live your life without interruptions
The Tampax menstrual cup gives you 12 hours of leak-free protection so your life doesn't have to stop when you have your period. Use it for your entire cycle or just for your heavy days. Up to you.
Designed for comfort
The exclusive SoftCurve shape adapts to all bodies and lifestyles. Live your life without worrying about your menstrual cup leaking or slipping, even during a morning workout, a laugh, or a really hard sneeze.

Tampax makes a difference
The Tampax menstrual cup looks a little different than other menstrual cups. When we designed the Tampax cup, we prioritized comfort in every choice we made. For example, we learned that a few millimeters of width and a U shape make a big difference. Plus, incorporating a short, rounded grip means you can use it all day without feeling it.
Insertion There are different ways to insert the Tampax menstrual cup, and for most women, it takes a few tries to find the one that best suits your needs. Wash your hands, relax and take your time.
C-shaped fold: The best insertion shape for those who have never used a cup before.
V-fold: This is a little more complicated than the C-fold, but it makes the tip of the cup easier to insert.
7-fold: Makes the tip of the cup quite small. Check if the cup has opened completely once inserted.
Use Once inserted, the cup opens and forms a seal with the walls. This prevents the cup from dripping.
To ensure a seal forms, try rotating the cup in a circular motion or gently pulling on the shaft. Your cup will stay in place and collect liquid for up to 12 hours without you even realizing it's there.
Care and cleaning
Caring for your Tampax menstrual cup the right way keeps you safe and keeps it in optimal condition. Is this your first time using a menstrual cup? Sanitize your glass by boiling it for 5 to 10 minutes. Wash it with a mild, unscented soap every time you change it. At the end of your cycle, be sure to disinfect your cup, dry it completely, and store it safely in the case.
