Vitatuss® is a syrup made from marshmallow extract (Althaea officinalis), elderberry extract (Sambucus nigra), thyme extract (Thymus vulgaris), mallow extract (Malva sylvestris), and sea buckthorn extract (Hippophae rhamnoides) with a fruity flavor. Marshmallow: Contains mucilage, which coats the mucous membranes, promoting hydration of the area. Elderberry, thyme, and mallow: Traditionally used for cold-related symptoms, relieving discomfort. Sea buckthorn: Contains a high vitamin C content. It also helps protect and soften the mucous membranes by coating them, forming a film that helps relieve cold symptoms. Children 3 to 6 years old take 2.5 ml 2 to 4 times a day. Children 6 to 12 years old take 5 ml 2 to 4 times a day. Adults (over 12 years) take 10 ml 2 to 4 times a day
